Mackenzie Kulina, LPC
I am committed and passionate about helping people heal and learn how to build healthier relationships with themselves and others. I achieve this by meeting my clients where they are at so together we can rebuild a strong foundation that facilitates change and personal growth. Throughout our lives we often experience obstacles that may go unnoticed by others. My goal is to provide a safe space with warmth, compassion, empathy, and respect in which we can navigate through these hurdles to reach your full potential.
Together we will sharpen and strengthen the tools you already have as well as excavate the tools you need to live your best life. This journey is not one that you have to walk alone and I would be honored to walk by your side.
My therapeutic style is an eclectic blend of evidence-based techniques including mindfulness-based, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, motivational interviewing, recovery-oriented, and trauma informed approaches.
