Position Overview:
We are seeking licensed mental health providers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality therapy services and working collaboratively within a group practice setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and dedicated clinician to grow professionally and make a positive impact in our community.
Responsibilities:
– Provide therapy to adult clients.
– Maintain a caseload of 20 clients per week
– Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
– Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with AZBBHE guidelines.
Qualifications:
– Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
– Current licensure at the associate or independent level.
– Demonstrated experience providing therapy to diverse populations.
– Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
