Maybe you’re a graduate student lying awake at 2 AM wondering if you’re smart enough for your program, despite all evidence to the contrary. Or perhaps you’re a successful professional woman who feels like you’re performing a version of yourself that doesn’t quite fit, navigating relationships and career pressures while trying to figure out who you really are beneath all those expectations.

Life’s most meaningful growth often happens in the spaces between—between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming, between old patterns and new possibilities, between the expectations others have for you and the truth of who you really are.

If you’re here, you might be navigating complex questions about relationships, identity, family dynamics, or major life transitions. Perhaps you’re a high-achieving woman feeling overwhelmed by competing demands, or someone working through the lasting effects of difficult family relationships while trying to build healthier adult connections.

My Approach

I believe in the power of long-term, depth-oriented therapy to create lasting change. My practice is built on the understanding that real healing happens through sustained relationship and that your most complex challenges often hold the keys to your greatest growth.

I work collaboratively with clients using approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based therapy, and trauma-informed somatic work. I’m trained in understanding how our bodies hold our experiences and how healing happens not just in our minds, but through our entire being.

I also recognize that individual struggles don’t exist in a vacuum—I understand how larger systems like capitalism, patriarchy, and family dynamics impact your mental health. My approach is informed by social justice principles and an awareness of how oppression and systemic pressures contribute to the challenges you’re facing.

As a content creator who makes therapy concepts accessible through educational videos, I’m committed to destigmatizing mental health and translating complex psychological insights into practical, relatable guidance. This same accessibility and authenticity shows up in my therapy work—I believe in being genuinely human with my clients while maintaining professional boundaries.

I work collaboratively with clients who are ready to examine patterns, explore connections between past and present, and engage in the sometimes uncomfortable but ultimately liberating work of deep self-discovery.

Who I Work Best With

High-Achieving Women and Career Professionals

I have extensive experience supporting intelligent, accomplished women who are navigating the complexities of modern life—balancing career ambitions, relationship expectations, family obligations, and personal growth. Whether you’re in academia, starting your career, or established in your field, I understand the unique pressures high-achieving women face.

Graduate Students and Academics

The academic world presents unique stressors—imposter syndrome, advisor relationships, financial pressures, and the challenge of balancing intellectual demands with emotional wellbeing. I have extensive experience supporting PhD students, master’s students, and academic professionals through these challenges.

Complex Relationship Dynamics

I work with individuals and couples navigating non-traditional relationship structures, including ethical non-monogamy and polyamory. I also support those working through difficult family-of-origin issues, toxic relationship patterns, and attachment challenges.

Thoughtful, Introspective Individuals

I’m drawn to working with people who appreciate depth, nuance, and the complexity of human experience. My ideal clients are those who value genuine connection, are willing to examine their patterns, and are looking for a therapist who will be real and relatable while maintaining professional boundaries.

Specialized Populations

I also work with neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, autism spectrum, high sensitivity), trauma survivors, and provide LGBTQ+ affirming therapy with extensive experience supporting clients through identity exploration and relationship challenges.
